A building in downtown Green Bay is now for sale.
Chefusion, 307 N. Broadway, closed in early January and the building is up for sale or lease, according to a listing on Loopnet. According to the listing, the sale price is $575,000, which includes all equipment and furniture.
The building was built in 1930, has two stories and is 3,612 square feet. The real estate agent is James Wheeler, from Naipfefferle.
In 2024 Cathy Lesandrini and Robert Phillips announced in a Facebook post the transfer of the restaurant. According to Brown County property records, Lesandrini retained ownership of the building.
