A sports academy in Saukville, a car wash in Sussex and numerous seasonal beer gardens are now open in the greater Milwaukee area.

The Tap Yard beer gardens opened for the season in Menomonee Falls, West Bend, Waukesha, Brookfield and Milwaukee
The Tap Yard beer gardens officially opened for the season May 1. Locations are:
According to its website, The Tap Yard beer gardens feature 18 to 24 drafts of craft beer, wine, canned cocktails and hard seltzers. They also have events, a rotation of food trucks, trivia, music bingo and paint nights.
Brookfield, Menomonee Falls and Waukesha location hours are 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday through Friday; noon to 9 p.m. Saturday and noon to 7 p.m. on Sunday.
West Bend location hours 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday through Friday; 1 to 9 p.m. Saturday and noon to 7 p.m. on Sunday. The Milwaukee location is open 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, 2 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, and 2 to 7 p.m. on Sunday.

Gateway Sports Academy had its grand opening May 30
Gateway Sports Academy is a new sports complex that had its grand opening May 30. It is located at 555 Market St. in Saukville.
The facility features year-round sports and fitness programming, adult leagues, open gym, birthday parties, summer camps, a community youth program, court rentals and basketball and volleyball tournaments, according to a news release from Ansay Development Corporation, the project’s developer.
Gateway Sports Academy is a part of Mel’s Village, a new development in Saukville which creates a walkable community offering amenities, activities and events that cater to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Club Car Wash in Sussex
Club Car Wash, at W248 N5221 Executive Drive in Sussex, has different budget options for car washes such as scented soup, tire shine or foaming bath options.
It also has an unlimited club membership option where people can pay a monthly price and no contract to have an unlimited number of car washes a month at any Club Car Wash location.
Its hours are 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday.
Club Car Wash opened its first location in Columbia, Missouri, in 2006 and now there are more than 150 locations nationwide, according to its website.
