APPLETON – Jada Seubert had the hot hand with 27 points and Leah Awe added 23 as the Panthers started fast and cruised to the nonconference win.
Stevens Point led 40-25 at intermission before outscoring the Lightning by 10 the rest of the way.
Avery Werfal led the Lightning with 16 points. Also scoring in double figures for Appleton North were Tay Maass with 11 points and Lexi Schuh with 10.

APPLETON – Isaac Feske scored 22 points, including 5-of-5 from the free throw line, to lift the Thunder past Fox Valley Lutheran in a Bay Conference game.
Seymour improves to 19-0 overall and 13-0 in the Bay. The team clinched at least a share of the Bay Conference title. FVL fell to 12-7 overall and 9-3 in the Bay.
Seymour, the top-ranked team in the state in Division 3, connected on 11 made 3-pointers, including four from Jordan Krause. Kyler Marks added 12 points and 12 rebounds for the Thunder.
Gabe Heiges led FVL with 22 points. Eligh Erickson (16) and Caleb Dahlke (13) also reached double figures.
