OKLAHOMA CITY — The Texas Tech softball team will try to score a win in Game 1 of the Women’s College World Series championship against Texas tonight at Devon Park.
The Red Raiders and Longhorns return to the best-of-three series after squaring off in last year’s championship, which Texas won 2-1. Both teams had to earn their way back into the finals by winning a pair of games in the semifinals, knocking out Alabama and Tennessee, respectively, to set up the rematch.
