The Aggies battled through a hard‑fought regular season to earn another hosting bid, but the path to a Super Regional won’t be easy. It begins with a scrappy UConn squad that has won five of its last seven and has shown that, when locked in, they’re difficult to beat in a series.
This year’s roster may not have the top‑to‑bottom talent of last season, but it has something just as valuable in May. Heart, looseness, and lowered external expectations.
