“Smashers will provide a much needed restaurant option at this location,” he said. “The restaurant is planned to be a fast casual style restaurant with multiple appetizers, smash burgers, power bowls, salads, other handheld sandwiches, and personal size pizzas.”

There will also be a full bar and playground/yard area for kids, as well as outdoor seating and other yard games like corn hole.

J.C. said they were intitally planning to open in late summer of 2025. The construction has now been delayed.

“Construction is moving along nicely,” he said. “We are pushing to open this fall. That appears to be a feasible time frame with the pace construction is progressing.”

J.C. said they have already released membership options for a Founder’s Club, which will be limited to the first 300 members to sign up for an annual membership. Monthly membership packages will open as the opening day approaches.

“We’ve had over 24 founder’s memberships sold in the first 12 hours of posting them on Instagram and Facebook,” he said.
