Military-themed sports bar, restaurant opens in Lubbock. What to know.

About 3 years after a military themed sports bar and restaurant announced a Lubbock location, it officially opened on Wednesday, according to a company news release.

Bombshells Restaurant & Bar, 6415 TX-327 Spur, is a military-themed restaurant and bar owned by RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. Travis Reese designed the concept after his grandfather, who flew more than 100 missions during World War II. The inspiration can be seen throughout the space’s design, menu and staff’s uniforms.
