Katie Shore returns to the Odeon Theater in August

Katie Shore is returning to the Odeon Theater next month, according to a media release.

Shore, a vocalist and fiddler with nine-time Grammy Award-winning Asleep at the Wheel, is also an accomplished solo performer and has also performed with Willie Nelson, George Strait and others.

Her concert is scheduled for 7 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 15, according to a media release from the theater. Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 cash-only at the door. Students 18 and under can purchase tickets for $10 if seating is available.

Wine will be available for purchase by glass or bottle from Texas Heritage Vineyard. Additional concert information and inquiries on reservations can be answered by emailing concerts@theodeontheater.com.

Later in the season, the Odeon will feature Austin-based musician Bob Schneider Oct. 10, followed by husband-and-wife folk duo Ordinary Elephant Nov. 7, and San Antonio-based Tex-Mex conjunto artists Los Texmaniacs Dec. 12.

The Odeon Theater is owned and operated by the nonprofit Odeon Preservation Association and is located on the square in Mason.
