Grubbs Family of Dealerships has announced it has officially acquired BMW of Wichita Falls and will renovate its buildings.
“This acquisition is not only a strategic move, it’s a commitment to investing in the future of Wichita Falls and continuing to raise the bar in luxury automotive retail and service,” George Grubbs III, p[resident and CEO of Grubbs, said in a media release.
Grubbs, headquartered in Grapevine, said it is actively reviewing bids and proposals for renovations and future construction to the existing showroom and service center with timelines to be announced in the future.
On March 17, Grubbs took over several of the automobile dealerships that had been owned by Foundation Auto and clustered in the vicinity of Central Freeway at Jacksboro Highway. Acquisition of BMW was announced at the time.
