To help participants train for the upcoming cycling event, Hendrick Health Club is offering cycling classes at both its locations free for residents during the month of July.

To participate in any cycling class for free, visit either Hendrick Health Club location to sign a waiver and be issued a bar code.

“The Cycle Cinema immersive studio is like a real road cycling adventure with big-screen visuals and music and sound,” the Hendrick release stated about the club at 2110 Pine St.

Virtual cycling classes are available at Hendrick Health Club at 6100 Regional Plaza.

“Local residents do not have to participate in the race to take advantage of this special,” according to the release.

Visit hendrickhealthclub.com for the schedule of cycling classes or call 325-670-2582.

Tour de Gap registration is open and routes are available at tourdegap.com. Proceeds from the event will benefit Presbyterian Medical Care Mission.

“The nonprofit provides affordable medical care for low income and uninsured adults in Abilene,” the news release stated.
