Hernandez was riding a 2017 Harley-Davidson Iron 883 eastbound on New World Drive “when for unknown reasons locked his brakes, causing the motorcycle to skid and crash,” police stated.

The crash occurred in a neighborhood next to Loop 375, located behind the Walmart store on Zaragoza Road near Montwood Drive. The case is the 29th traffic-related death in El Paso this year.
