The Dallas Cowboys are back in action, looking to burn off the stink of Week 8. The team went on the road to the Mile High City and got themselves choked out by the Denver Broncos. Now, they return to the friendly confines of AT&T Stadium, where they’ve enjoyed three 40-point games so far this season. Their next test? The Arizona Cardinals, who enter the game losers of five games in a row and without starting QB Kyler Murray, who has an injured foot.
The Cowboys can’t be fooled. With veteran Jacoby Brissett at the helm, the Cardinals offense has actually been more productive, and it was only two short years ago when Josh Dobbs replaced Murray in the starting lineup and dominated the Cowboys defense in an embarrassing loss.
With the trade deadline bearing down on things, the Cowboys need to earn some momentum going into their bye week, and that means they have to avoid the upset in Week 9.
