A new Burlington store is set to open at Bassett Place, 6101 Gateway Blvd. West, bringing the total number of stores in Texas to 127 and more than 1,115 stores nationwide.
The grand opening will take place at 7:45 a.m., Friday, Aug. 29, and the first 100 customers ages 18 and up will receive a $10 bonus card on Friday and Saturday, Aug. 29–30.
Store officials will present a $5,000 check to teachers at Hawkins Elementary School to support education.
The new store will showcase Burlington’s upgraded store experience with a reimagined store aisle layout to make shopping for top brands easier along with new store logo – “Deals. Brands. WOW!”
The off-price retailer had converted half of its existing locations with the remaining stores expected to transition to the new format by the end of 2026.
The discount retailer is known for offering low prices on brand name merchandise in women’s, men’s and children’s apparel, footwear, baby items, home decor and pet items.
