A San Angelo taphouse and brew company is for sale.
SoCo Taphouse & Brew Co. at 113 E. Concho Ave., Suite 210 posted on Facebook Tuesday, March 17, that the business was officially for sale.
“SoCo has been your living room, your first date, your “usual spot” for 11 years,” the post said. “For the last two of those, (Crissi Pattillo and Devin Nordin) have had the profound privilege of being its owners. “We came into this legacy with big hearts and bigger dreams. We fought like hell to keep the lights on through every storm, but it’s time to pass the torch.”
The entire business is for sale, the post stated.
“We’re looking for someone who understands this isn’t just a beer bar; it’s where you proposed, where you mourned, where you became regulars,” according to the post.
“If you know someone who would love this place as fiercely as you have, send them our way. Thank you for letting us be part of your Fridays, your celebrations, your decompressions,” the post said.
