The Better Business Bureau has issued a warning about a company using a Wichita Falls address.
The BBB said in a media release that in January it opened a file on DSO Fine Shrimp LLC, doing business as CoreAge RX.

“The business currently holds an ‘F’ rating due to concerns about its marketplace conduct, including advertising issues identified by BBB and failure to respond to consumer complaints that demonstrate a pattern of problematic behavior,” the release said.
“The company has horrible, horrible marketplace conduct,” said Monica Horton, president of the Wichita Falls BBB.
She said the company markets popular weight loss drugs.
The release said the company has not responded to any BBB inquiries regarding customer concerns.
BBB said consumers reported they never got the medications they ordered or the orders took weeks to deliver.
Some reported that despite promises, refunds never materialized.
BBB also raised concerns about the use of “Rx” in the company’s name and the advertising of Food and Drug Administration-approved drugs without a verified Texas pharmacy license “as well as reports of limited or nonexistent interaction with licensed physicians.”
The bureau said in the release the company listed an address on PB Lane in Wichita Falls, but the address is actually an unrelated package forwarding service.
The BBB advised consumers to do the following:
