With the 2025-26 high school sports season ongoing, the El Paso Times will give readers a chance to vote to identify El Paso’s top athletes.
This week, readers voted for which El Paso Times’ El Paso Children’s Hospital high school girls athlete had the best performance in tennis and track & field.
Austin High School tennis player Samantha Pedroza had the most votes with 4,948, followed by Eastwood track and field runner Kylie Vega with 1,750.
