Two men were wounded in a shooting in front of a home in the Ysleta neighborhood in El Paso’s Lower Valley, police said.
The shooting occurred about 2 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 6, in the 8600 block of Irwin Avenue, which is located near Ysleta High School, Sgt. Robert Gomez, an El Paso Police Department spokesman, said in a media message.
The men were taken for treatment at a hospital in undisclosed medical condition.
Detectives with the Crimes Against Persons Unit are investigating the shooting. There have been no arrests as the investigation continued Monday.
