It’s almost that time. PorchRokr will rock Akron’s Highland Square neighborhood for a 13th time on Saturday, Aug. 16. Below is the list of all the acts planned to perform that day, capped off by headliner Akronauts.
The band, which combines the music styles of rock, alternative, punk, funk and grunge, will take the main stage at the intersection of Conger and Edgerton at 7:30 p.m.
The numbers associated with each band indicate where on the map a given act will be performing during the festival. Residents’ porches throughout Highland Square between West Market, Portage Path, Merriman Road and Hereford Drive will serve as stages as well as the patios and spaces of some bars and restaurants. Here’s the list.
