“Saturday Night Live” returns with a new live episode tonight, Feb. 28, airing at 11:30 p.m. ET on NBC.
“SNL” has been on hiatus and running reruns while the 2026 Winter Olympics took place. The long-running sketch comedy returns with the 13th episode of the show’s 51st season.

Who is hosting ‘SNL’ tonight?
Actor Connor Storrie will host tonight’s episode, marking his first time leading the show from Studio 8H at Rockefeller Center.
Storrie played Russian forward Ilya Rozanov on the hit HBO show “Heated Rivalry,” a hockey drama where two rivals find love. The show co-stars Hudson Williams as Shane Hollander.
Although Storrie has had roles in “Tiny Beautiful Things” and “Joker: Folie à Deux,” the 26-year-old became a big star on the steamy “Heated Rivalry.”

Rumors have been rampant that Williams will make a guest appearance while Storrie hosts this week, but nothing has been confirmed.
Who today musical guest on ‘Saturday Night Live?’
Mumford & Sons will serve as the musical guest. The Grammy Award-winning folk rock band is scheduled to perform two songs during the broadcast.
The band is releasing its sixth album, “Prizefighter,” Feb. 20. The lead single off the album, “Rubber Band Man,” features towering Irish sing Hozier.
This will be the fourth time Mumford & Sons performs on the show, the last time coming in 2018.

The March 7 episode of “Saturday Night Live” will be hosted by actor Ryan Gosling with Gorillaz as the musical guest.
When is ‘SNL’ on tonight? How to watch, stream the sketch comedy
New episodes of Saturday Night Live air Saturdays at 11:30 p.m. Eastern on NBC. Viewers can watch the show live with a Peacock Premium subscription, while new episodes are available the next day on Peacock’s basic tier.
Subscribers to Hulu + Live TV and other streaming services that carry NBC can also watch the broadcast live. The episode becomes available Sunday for on-demand streaming with a standard Hulu subscription.
When is ‘Heated Rivalry’ season 2 coming out?
The popular show will begin production its second season this summer. According to the “Hollywood Reporter,” the show will be released in spring of 2027. That’ll give us plenty of time to re-watch the first season. For the third time.
