Taylor Sheridan’s latest “Yellowstone” spinoff series continues this week.
“Dutton Ranch,” set after the events of the “Yellowstone” series finale, follows Rip Wheeler (Cole Hauser) and Beth Dutton (Kelly Reilly), who flee Montana after a life-altering, destructive wildfire and settle down on a ranch of their own in South Texas.
“Dutton Ranch” is one of two “Yellowstone” spinoffs that launches in 2026, alongside “Marshals,” which premiered on CBS in March and focuses on Beth’s brother Kayce Dutton (Luke Grimes).

Is Taylor Sheridan involved with ‘Dutton Ranch’?
Yes, Taylor Sheridan is the executive producer of “Dutton Ranch.” Although he was the sole writer credited on “Yellowstone” and its two prequels, “1883” and “1923,” Paramount tapped writer and producer Chad Feehan to serve as the creator and showrunner of “Dutton Ranch,” per MarketWatch.
However, TechRadar reported Feehan left “Dutton Ranch” in April, just weeks before the series aired, due to alleged “behind-the-scenes friction” with Hauser, Reilly and other “key players.”
