Barring a shocker of a blockbuster trade up the board, the Cincinnati Bengals will hit the podium in this year’s NFL draft for the first time at No. 41 overall.
The Bengals traded away the 10th overall pick in a first round that saw a time between picks rule change. That first round got cut down to eight minutes per pick and ended faster than ever.
This year, teams will get seven minutes between picks during the second round on Friday night.
Looking back to last year, the Buffalo Bills made the 41st pick in the 2025 draft (T.J. Sanders) at roughly 7:50 p.m. ET.
Unless the Bengals move up or down the board, it would be best for those who want to pop in just to see what the Bengals do a little before that 7:50 p.m. ET mark.
In the third round, the Bengals hold the 72nd pick, which Buffalo used one year ago on Landon Jackson at roughly 9:50 p.m. ET.
Of course, given how aggressive and out of character the Bengals suddenly are, keeping the devices with notifications handy is a must, too.
