It’s winner take all tonight when the fourth-seeded Cavaliers and fifth-seeded Toronto Raptors meet in Game 7 of their Eastern Conference first-round playoff series in Cleveland.
Game 7 is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. at Rocket Arena. It will be televised nationally by NBC and Peacock.
The Cavs-Raptors series is tied 3-3 after Toronto won Game 6 in overtime at home on May 1. The Cavs won the first two games of the series in Cleveland, followed by the Raptors countering with victories in Game 3 and Game 4 in Toronto. The Cavs won Game 5 at home.
