The Spectrum outage, affecting internet and voice services, began at 5:14 a.m. June 27, according to another alert the company sent the resident.

In an update, the company sent a text message to the resident, received at 11:12 a.m., stating that the expected restoration time is now 3 p.m. June 27.

Anyone who needs to call city business lines should call 330-896-2448, according to a city alert.
