Licking County racers had a strong showing Oct. 11 during the Northside Church of Christ Power Wheels Nationals to wrap up the Hot Shot’s Secret Power Wheels Drag Racing Series.
Adelle Robinson, a Licking Valley student, continued her dominant run. She earned championships in both 12-volt motorcycle and 12-volt stock in addition to 24-volt modified.
Robinson is wrapping up her career with 10 championships. She recently won the 12-volt stock title during the War in the Woods at Brown County Dragway in Indiana.
Maci Pattison, a Carson Elementary student, placed third in 24-volt modified. Gabriel Schwab placed fourth in the 12-volt stock class.
Central Ohio Power Wheels is nearing a decade of competition having started in 2017.
