One dead in shooting in North Linden

One person died in a shooting near a convenience store in North Linden, according to news reports.

A Columbus police dispatcher said officers responded to a shooting at the Karl Road Market on the 3600 block of Karl Road at 10:09 p.m. June 16, Dispatch news partner NBC4/WMCH-TV reported.

One person was pronounced dead at the scene at 10:15 p.m.

Police at the scene told NBC4 the shooting may have stemmed from a robbery, and up to three suspects remained at large.
