Closures will be taking place at night this week in Akron at the Central Interchange, the Ohio Department of Transportation says.
The work is among many projects underway in Summit County. All scheduled work is weather permitting.
The closures will occur nightly between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. for bridge painting, starting on the evening of May 17 and continuing through the morning of May 22.
Closures at Ghent Road set during I-77 widening project
In Fairlawn and Bath Township, work is continuing on the I-77 widening project.
I-77 between Ghent and Everett roads will continue to have various nightly lane closures between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. for pavement repairs.
Street under All-America Bridge to close
Work is continuing through late August on the state Route 261/All-America Bridge repairs in Akron.
Route 261/All-America Bridge southbound will continue to be closed through early June.
