Marion ballot update: Council, school board, village seat and trustee seats

The Marion County Board of Elections certified candidate petitions and issues for the Nov. 4 general election after the deadline to file on Aug. 5 ended.

Voters across Marion County will vote in races for council, township trustees and school board members, along with various tax issues. On the ballot will be:

How to Vote

Election Day: Tuesday, Nov. 4, 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Voter registration deadline: Oct. 7

Early in-person voting: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday starting Oct. 7 at the Marion County Board of Elections, 222 West Center St., Marion. There will be extended hours the week and weekend before the election.
