BALTIMORE — Joe Flacco was back in M&T Bank Stadium starting at quarterback. It just wasn’t as the starting quarterback for the Baltimore Ravens.
Flacco made his first appearance against his former team in Baltimore since leaving the Ravens in 2019. This time, it was with the Browns, who lost 41-17 to their AFC North rival Ravens.
The 40-year-old was coming off his first Week 1 start since 2022, when he was with the New York Jets. That game was his only other game against the Ravens, but it was played in New Jersey, not Baltimore.
