It will be more expensive to have trash service in Alliance

ALLIANCE ‒ Garbage rates will increase in July for residents with Kimble Recycling & Disposal Services.

City Council on Monday night approved the rate hike of between 9.2% and 20.4%, depending on the service level. The prices will run July 1 to June 30, 2026.

Here’s how the rate increase breaks down:

There is no increase on cart delivery, which remains $15 per visit. Minipacker collection on private streets adds $5.45 per month to the service rate selected, per legislation.

The service rate also might be adjusted by 50% for months where service starts after the 15th day of the month or ends on or before the 15th day of the month.
