'I'm not a fan.' Bengals wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase disses Skyline Chili in viral video

Joe Burrow and his trusty wide receiver are in sync on the field and apparently when it comes to Skyline Chili.

In a TikTok interview on July 18 with Overtime SZN, a sports media platform found primarily on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram, Bengals wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase was asked a series of rapid-fire questions, one which included his opinion on Cincinnati staple Skyline Chili.

“Hell no. No. I’m not a fan,” Chase said. “I never ate it. They put chili in everything in Cincy so I’m not really a chili fan.”

Chase is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, and says that some of his favorite foods that he’d bring to Cincinnati include Southwest-style oysters and voodoo rolls.

“I put chili on hot dogs only.” Chase said in the video.
