Clyde and Gibsonburg each return two softball players who earned first-team status in their respective conference.
Golden Bears sophomore pitcher Ava Amor and senior outfielder Leah Hall were first team in the Sandusky Bay Conference River Division last season. Senior first baseman Emily Henderson and sophomore infielder Aliv Wauford were second-team, and sophomore outfielder Mia Brink returns after Gibsonburg advanced to a state semifinal.
The Fliers were unbeaten in the SBC Lake Division last season. Senior infielder Mya Stiefel and sophomore outfielder Ariah Farrar are back for Clyde.
Fliers junior pitcher Taitum Jeffrey, who was player of the year in the league, will miss the season following knee surgery.

Senior Karder Haas was first team at a utility spot in the Northern Buckeye Conference as Oak Harbor qualified to a state semifinal. Junior pitcher Morgan LaLonde and senior third baseman Haylee Robinson were second team, and senior center fielder Tatum Baumgartner is back.
Lakota senior infielder Lexi Moon and senior outfielder Chevelle Rubel were first team in the SBC River Division. Junior pitcher Sophia Bomer was second team and junior catcher Mya Stoudinger returns.
Fremont Ross junior shortstop Rubi Almaguer was second team in the Northern Lakes League Cardinal Division.
Bellevue sophomore pitcher Mallory Hay was second team in the SBC Lake Division. Junior catcher Ryleigh Knutti is back.
Margaretta sophomore Elie Grime was second team at pitcher in the SBC Bay Division. Senior Cassidy Lane, however, returns after an injury last season.
Polar Bears junior catcher Brooke Hastings, sophomore infielder Lucy Edwards and senior infielder Ellianna Young were also second team.
Old Fort junior catcher Abbi Ward was first team in the SBC River Division.
Woodmore junior pitcher Liv Scavio and senior catcher Kelsey Kaylor were second team in the SBC River Division.
Genoa senior utility Makayla Magrum was second-team in the NBC. Senior Mya Colvin is back.
Senior infielder Amaree Haralson returns for St. Joseph Central Catholic.
Sophomore infielder Ember Andres is back for Clyde.
Port Clinton sophomore catcher Jae Mazur and senior infielder Gabriella Howard return.
Junior Elly Evarts is Gibsonburg’s shortstop for the first time.
