HangOverEasy's latest restaurant opens May 2 in Dublin's Bridge Park

HangOverEasy’s latest Columbus-area restaurant, in Dublin’s Bridge Park, opens May 2 for breakfast – and bloody marys.

It’s the seventh location for the breakfast bar that got its start in 2002 as Nick’s Diner in the University District. The Dublin HangOverEasy opens at 7 a.m. at 6757 Longshore St. May 2 is also the opening day of the season for Bridge Park’s weekly Dublin Market.

At HangOverEasy, the menu will include the chain’s standards, such as chicken and waffles, breakfast burritos and its Walk of Shame breakfast sandwich that’s served between two slices of glazed doughnut. The Dublin location is adding some new, exclusive dishes as well, including a Rise & Ramen Bowl, a Korean chicken sandwich and lox.

It also will offer grab-and-go service, which is new for the chain, as well as a dedicated coffee bar serving drip and specialty coffee drinks and house-made pastries. Like other HangOverEasy restaurants, the Dublin location will serve mimosas and other sparkling cocktails, bloody marys, juice- and coffee-based cocktails, beer, milkshakes, malts, and dirty sodas.

HangOverEasy now has three restaurants in and around Columbus, including the University District and Olde Towne East. Others are in Athens, Cincinnati and suburban Toledo.

The Dublin location will be the chain’s biggest at 5,500 square feet. It includes an outdoor patio. Hours are 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekends.
