The Guardians will send right-hander Slade Cecconi (0-2, 5.03) to face Houston right-hander Spencer Arrighetti (1.0, 1.50) Cerconi pitched four innings of three-hit ball on April 15 against the St. Louis Cardinals. He gave up one run, earned, walked five and struck out four.
Arrighetti went six innings of three-hit ball. He struck out 10, walked four and hit two and allowed one run.
