CAMBRIDGE − Five people have been detained, following the execution of a high risk search warrant by the Cambridge Police Department on July 11.
SWAT members, patrol officers and detectives will the department took part in the search of a house on Steubenville Avenue. The home was the subject of an ongoing drug trafficking investigating after numerous complaints from residents, according to an announcement from the police department.
Upon entering the house, officers were met with six aggressive dogs, which were subdued without injury. Officers seized 15 grams of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and cash.
