CHILLICOTHE — While traveling on Bridge Street, you may have seen the new Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers welcoming customers into the garage. This business is one of the newest in Chillicothe and just recently held its grand opening.
Originally started in Alabama, Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers has over 400 stores in the country. They offer a range of automotive services including oil changes, tire changes, maintenance, and more.
The business brings nine new jobs to the area. Employees say they will work bumper to bumper on a car to get it running smoothly. With two separate areas for maintenance and repair, the shop has plenty of space and allows customers to stay in their car while maintenance is being done. District Manager Clay Wilks says pretty much the only thing the shop doesn’t do is body work.
“We do just about anything,” said Wilks. “We like to call ourselves a one-stop shop.”
In addition to keeping the drivers safe, the business will also be helping the community. They have already donated to the local Big Brothers Big Sisters organization and plan to continue to support those in the area.
Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is located at 1334 North Bridge Street in Chillicothe. The store is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays.
