Ex-Buckeye Zen Michalski shows off title rings with OSU, Indiana

Zen Michalski is running out of fingers.

The former Ohio State offensive tackle posted a video April 28 of all the championship rings he earned throughout his college career, the most recent of which he received for Indiana winning the national title. Michalski had transferred to Indiana for his final college football season.

Though Michalski did not appear in any of Ohio State’s College Football Playoff games en route to the Buckeyes’ national title the year prior, he earned rings for the 2024 Big Ten Championship, the Rose Bowl, the Cotton Bowl and the CFP final against Notre Dame.

As part of Indiana’s roster, Michalski won the Big Ten championship over Ohio State, the Rose Bowl and the Cotton Bowl as well as a second consecutive national championship.

Michalski appeared in all 16 games for the Hoosiers in 2025 and made 5 starts, playing at both left and right tackle.

With Ohio State, Michalski saw action in seven games and started once against Nebraska during the 2024-25 season. In that game, he was stepping in for left tackle Josh Simmons, who went down with a season-ending knee injury during the previous game against Oregon. Late in the fourth quarter against Nebraska, Michalski was carted off with an injury and did not appear the rest of the season.
