Cleveland Browns Podcast: Taking a deeper look at the 2026 draft class

The dust has settled now that the 2026 NFL draft is in the rearview mirror, with the Cleveland Browns adding ten new rookies to the team. They started the festivities with Spencer Fano, an offensive tackle with shorter arms but a fantastic athlete with elite movement skills and great grip strength once he gets hold of you. The team plans to move him to the left side to complete the offensive line overhaul.

They would go one to take two wide receivers and a safety that a lot of people, including myself, thought were guys that were all good enough to take in the first round of the draft. They could have ended the draft after those first four picks, and I would’ve been pretty content.

But after the first four picks, they continued to add to the tight room, another offensive tackle, a center, and another athletic linebacker. In this week’s podcast episode, we go pick-for-pick and talk about who each player is as a prospect now that we have had a chance to let things calm down and go back to watch the tape.
