The NFL combine is well underway now in Indianapolis, and the Cleveland Browns have begun meeting with players. Players themselves are meeting with media members at the podium as well, and many are getting asked which teams they have met with.
One of those players is Cleveland Glenville’s own Arvell Reese, who is seen as one of the top prospects in the 2026 NFL draft after a standout 2025 season at Ohio State. And while speaking at the podium, Reese stated that he had met with his hometown team in Indianapolis. He even spoke on what it would mean to play for the city he grew up in:

“That would mean a lot because I am from Cleveland. That would be crazy.”
There is a strong chance that Reese is off the board by the time the Browns come on the clock with the sixth overall pick in the draft. And if Reese were on the clock, the Browns still may not be in a position to overlook the offensive side of the football.
However, they are doing their due diligence and are not pigeonholing their options as we creep closer toward the NFL draft.
