Maxberry, 29, is also charged with possessing crack cocaine, having a gun inside a bar and tampering with evidence.

Multiple witnesses saw Maxberry with a firearm at Somerset Bar on East McMicken Avenue, one court record says. It’s unclear what led to the shooting, or the condition of the victim.

The Enquirer reached out to the Cincinnati Police Department for more information.
