Columbus CEO’s Top Workplaces 2026 awards recognize 89 organizations rated highly by their own workers based on national benchmarks.

Additionally, our research partner, Energage, presented Special Awards to 16 of these organizations for receiving outstanding scores in specific areas. Recipients of these 14 Special Awards were chosen based on standout scores for employee responses to specific survey statements. Employees rate these statements on a seven-point scale, from strongly disagree to strongly agree.
