The Buffalo Bills enter the 2026 NFL Draft with limited early capital and needs to address.
Buffalo has seven total picks, but just two in the top 125, putting pressure on general manager Brandon Beane to maximize value.
The Bills draft capital ranks 26th out of 32 teams, according to Sharp Football Analysis. Eighteen teams have eight or more picks, with the New York Jets owning a league-high 11.
Buffalo addressed wide receiver by trading for D.J. Moore last month, but still has needs on the front seven. General manager Brandon Beane said he wouldn’t rule out another wide receiver in the first round.
