Wegmans replaces Burger Bar with new restaurant

Wegmans Food Markets opened The Grill at the Pittsford Wegmans on May 12, 2026. It replaces the Burger Bar, which closed earlier this year.

Located on 3195 Monroe Ave., The Grill is adjacent to the Market Cafe and has its own entrance off the parking lot so customers don’t have to walk through the store.

People can order directly from their tables using QR codes and the Wegmans Meals2Go app. They also have the option of ordering in-person at a counter.

The Grill’s menu includes soups, salads, sandwiches and burgers. The menu’s featured entrees include a 12-ounce sliced ribeye and grilled Latin-style chicken thighs.

Entree prices range from $14 to $25, while burgers and sandwiches range between $10 and $15. The restaurant is offering discounts on certain entrees and sandwiches for the next six weeks.

Kids meals for $8 each include an entree, a side and a drink.

The menu also includes previous Burger Bar favorites, like the Danny’s Favorite burger and a chicken avocado BLT sandwich.

There is another The Grill location at the Canandaigua Wegmans, which also replaced a Burger Bar. Only two Burger Bar locations remain open, both in New York state; one is in DeWitt near Syracuse and the other is in Harrison near White Plains.

Including the Burger Bar and The Grill’s various locations, there are seven Wegmans restaurants throughout New York state. This includes the East Avenue store’s Amore Italian Restaurant & Lounge and Next Door, a sushi restaurant with locations across from the Pittsford store and inside the Astor Place Wegmans in New York City.

The Grill’s full menu, with the discounted items included, is available online.
