The Varsity 845 girls track and field athletes of the week poll is online for Dec. 15-21. Information was utilized on reports gathered by Varsity 845 and nominations. Coaches are encouraged to provide their game reports in order for athletes to be chosen; they may also nominate one player from their team by Sunday afternoon. Athletes from Orange, Ulster and Sullivan counties are considered.
One athlete per school is allowed per week. The week’s winner will have to sit out the next poll.
