Matt Friend, whose spot-on impressions of Donald Trump and Barack Obama, among others, have made him a media sensation, is coming to Comedy at the Carlson, 50 Carlson Road.

A graduate of New York University’s Gallatin School, Friend, 27, fell in love with comedy and mimicry at the age of 4 while watching an Austin Powers movie.
Early in the COVID pandemic, he started doing impressions on YouTube and other social media platforms, which led to appearances on “The Drew Barrymore Show,” “The Howard Stern Show,” “Good Morning America,” “The Today Show” and “Jimmy Kimmel Live.”
Friend also has voiced characters on “The Simpsons” and “Family Guy” and recently wrapped production on his first feature film role.
