Warby Parker is coming to Pittsford Plaza this fall, property owner Wilmorite announced Aug. 10.
It will be the eyewear retailer’s second location in the Rochester market. The first opened three years ago at Eastview Mall in Victor.
Founded in 2010 in New York City, Warby Parker began by selling its brand of trendy eyeglasses directly to budget-minded consumers online.
The company opened its first physical store in 2013 in Manhattan.
Currently, it has more than 350 locations across 43 U.S. states and two Canadian provinces and continues an aggressive push to grow its brick-and-mortar footprint.
Prices are the same in stores as they are online, with options starting at $95, including prescription lenses.
Stores also offer eye exams and sell sunglasses and Warby Parker’s brand of daily contact lenses.
