Witnesses reported that shooters exchanged gunfire on the 50 block of Col. Lee Archer Boulevard and at the Jacquetta Cole Street-Col. Lee Archer Boulevard intersection at around 10:47 p.m. on April 4, a police news release said. No area residents or bystanders were injured, but the police have said a bullet may have grazed one of the shooters.

Two other suspects were arrested on Sunday, April 5:  Anthony Parris, 35, and Jeremy Maybury, 35, each of New Rochelle and both charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and first-degree reckless endangerment, the police said. Maybury was arrested at a Bergen County, New Jersey, hospital under an extraditable warrant. It wasn’t immediately known whether Maybury had been extradited from Bergen County Jail, where police had said he was being held.

The police said officers saw shell casings at the scene.

The police continue to investigate and asked that anyone with additional information contact detectives.
