SPRING VALLEY — A 21-year-old man has been charged with raping a woman as she slept with her boyfriend, police said. Klever Roldan-Auquilla faces a felony charge of first-degree rape, police said.
Officers were sent to the South Madison Avenue residence at about 5:45 a.m. on Saturday, July 26, in response to a report of a fight.

The woman and her boyfriend woke up, and the man fled. Her boyfriend ran after the man but could not catch him, Galli said.
A short time later, Roldan-Auquilla returned. The police were contacted and arrested him on the rape count.
