Sights and sounds from Bills' ribbon cutting at new Highmark Stadium

The Buffalo Bills brought out all the celebrations front and center on Tuesday as the team officially opened the new Highmark Stadium with a ribbon-cutting ceremony outside the building.

The $2.1 billion stadium will takeover as the home of the Bills starting in 2026 as the venue is now completed.

At the event there were plenty of speakers such as owner Terry Pegula, Mary Wilson, wife of former team owner Ralph Wilson Jr. and New York governor Kathy Hochul.

The anticipated event ahead for Highmark Stadium is Week 2’s home opener during the the 2026 NFL regular season. For now, we have this week’s ribbon ceremony to prep for that occasion.
