Pro Football Focus continues to praise Buffalo Bills defensive end Greg Rousseau this offseaon.
PFF first named Rousseau one of the top-101 players from the entire 2025 NFL season. The Bills defender slotted in at the No. 64 overall position on that list.
Considering that, it should come as no surprise that Rousseau was also named one of football’s top pass rusher by PFF as well.
In PFF’s ranking of the best edge defenders in 2025, Rousseau cracked the top-10 position, despite only recording seven sacks last season. However, that number did lead the Bills.
Rousseau’s 86.3 grade on Rousseau earned him the No. 8 position.
PFF’s breakdown on Rousseau can be found below:

Although Rousseau’s pass-rushing metrics don’t quite match up with others on this list, no edge defended the run at a higher level than him this season (85.1). The area of his game that was most improved this season was tackling, as he dropped his missed tackle rate from 21.2% in 2024 to 8.7% this season.
