The New York Giants (2-8) will take on the Green Bay Packers (5-3-1) on Sunday afternoon at MetLife Stadium in their 11th game of the 2025 regular season.
Opening the week, the Giants were listed as 7.5-point home underdogs, but that spread has softened slightly, with Green Bay now at -7 as of this writing.
How does the Giants Wire staff see this Week 11 battle shaking out? Here’s a look at our picks and score predictions.
Dan Benton: Packers 27, Giants 10
The conditions on Sunday (wind gusts up to 45 MPH) are not going to be favorable to the Giants and new starting quarterback Jameis Winston, who loves to air things out. That leaves interim head coach Mike Kafka reliant on a run game that has largely underwhelmed following the loss of rookie Cam Skattebo, which will be compounded by Green Bay’s stout defense. The Packers are entering desperation mode and have everything to play for, while the Giants are shattered, in the midst of change, and seem content with simply running the clock out on this season.
John Fennelly: Packers 26, Giants 13
Hard to pick the Giants to win a game, even though there is optimism in the building. The Packers are on a two-game losing streak and losing ground in the NFC North race. They need this game. The Giants are starting Jameis Winston at quarterback with Jaxson Dart out this week, and their offense could sputter in his absence.
Tyler Henry: Packers 23, Giants 20
At this point, it’s hard to see the Giants coming away with a win against an opponent fighting for a playoff spot. The Giants are an absolute mess right now, and you have to question how ready they will be coming off a week where they fired their head coach and will be starting a quarterback who was their third-string QB just a week ago. The Packers are desperate for a win to stay in the division race in the NFC North. I think the game will be more competitive than expected, given the Giants are heavy underdogs. I think the Giants end up losing another heartbreaker in the closing minutes, dropping the Giants to 2-9 on the season.
Serena Burks: Packers 24, Giants 17
This week’s game is either going to be tight or the Packers will blow it out of the water. It really just depends on which Packers offense shows up, and if the Giants can get through an entire game without a collapse. If Jordan Love figures out how to run his offense without Tucker Kraft, which he’s struggled to do the last few weeks, then the Giants might be in trouble. But if we see more of the same from Love and the Packers’ offense, it’s going to be closer than people think. The Packers’ saving grace is their defense, though, and with the Giants’ starting Jameis Winston for the first time, there’s an unpredictable element in the room. I think the Giants give it a valiant effort, but the Packers get it done this Sunday on the road.
